Regulations for the examination of Masters, Mates and Engineers in the Mercantile Marine, I have the honour to report that the Harbour Master sees no objection to the adoption in this Colony of the Regulations with the few slight alterations made by the Board of Trade in order "to bring these rules into accordance with the practice in vogue in the United Kingdom".
In accordance with the request of the Board of Trade, I enclose & return herewith the draft copy of the Regulations together with six copies of the revised Regulations.
